Don't Miss Out!

Tickets Still Available

Belleville CEO’s purpose is to encourage a closer community and to inspire the success of small businesses. Although our class consists of high school seniors from Althoff, East and West, we are driven entrepreneurs that see the untapped potential of this city- potential that we wish to bring out in our second annual class business by giving you a chance to network and market your business. This year we are hosting a business conference with our two inspirational keynote speakers, the artist and entrepreneur Ben Glenn and Belleville resident and Kaskaskia Engineering owner, Geri Boyer.

Mr. Ben Glenn - From Special Ed to Simply Special: This message details Ben’s personal story of being diagnosed with a learning disability in the 3rd grade along with ADHD. It follows the line of struggles and triumphs that came after his diagnosis and how he learned to overcome those challenges to become a successful speaker and entrepreneur. Ben will share his tips and technique for overcoming the struggles that face anyone striving to become more successful and see their dreams become a reality. This inspiring presentation will also include a live performing art presentation, something Ben discovered he had a talent for in the midst of his adversities. Ben has been a full time speaker for 21 years and has spoken to corporations all across the country along with professional and college athletes.

Geri Boyer is one of Belleville's own business women who paved her way into the engineering field. Geri spent three weeks backpacking on the Camino de Santiago in Spain. Geri will be talking about the lessons she learned on the trail and how she changed her personal and business lives because of it. She will talk about how she learned to trust her own path of success. She will stress the importance of taking care of yourself. She will also explain how to find your way back onto the path when you wander off of it.

Around the Fountain is the experience we are offering to unite the business community while creating lifelong connections that will benefit Belleville as a whole. We offer a plethora of options to be involved, so don’t miss a chance to be successful and buy your tickets today!

Austin Brooks

Mr. Austin Brooks, Producer & Dr. Karen Hill, Director

On Tuesday, the Belleville CEO class was visited by Austin Brooks, the student who launched the CEO program and the Director of Professional and Program Development for Wentzville School District, Dr. Karen Hill. The class was very excited to have a presentation from Mr. Brooks in order to express their gratitude for the unique educational experience they now have access to as a direct result of Mr. Brook’s passion for education.   Mr. Brooks is currently a Producer for Once Films which is a boutique film and video production company in St. Louis.  As a result of the visit, Belleville CEO had a stimulating conversation and a fresh look at what they could do to create a better class conference. Dr. Hill was impressed with the program and is hoping to bring it to the Wentzville community.

Final Work Days on the Class Business

The Belleville CEO students had four full class days this week to work on their class business.  Mr. Michael Crotty continued to help the students with the  mini fountains. Mrs. Renae Eichholz, Founder of Precision Practice Management, popped in frequently to give the students encouragement and advice on their upcoming business conference.  Several students were emailing and calling potential attendees and getting those last minute booth sponsors.  Co-CEO's Stephen Waltrip and Tim Donaho gave short presentations about our business conference and trade show at several Rotary meetings.  Programs, slide shows, playlists for backgroud music, photographs for the Art Show, and silent auction baskets were on worked on throughout the week.
