This past week was it for CEO. The class was a big part of my high school career. For the past few years, I have been really interested in finance and business. While I had a passion for those things, I was not sure how to direct it. For me CEO directed me in a path that taught me about entrepreneurship and responsibility. The class opens so many opportunities that would not be possible without them. Meeting business owners and speaking about the life of an entrepreneur has really opened my eyes and taught me a lot. With the projects throughout the year such as the Trade Show and Elevator pitch, I was put outside of my comfort zone. These experiences made a big impact on me. It forced me out of my comfort zone and pushed me to do things I would not think were possible. This class has taught me a lot such as time management, responsibility, business, finance, teamwork and many other things. Without this class I feel that I would not be able to break out of my shell enough to do the things I did. The tradeshow gave me an opportunity to get clients to start my own business. Now I will be able to work over the summer to create content for businesses in the area.
