Ways I have grown as a person, a student, or an aspiring entrepreneur from CEO: I have grown as a person because I have to put myself out there for more opportunities in my life. I have grown as a student by listening and taking in new information each day. I have grown as an entrepreneur by learning the hardships people faced when starting their business and soon I’m going to have to do the same. I also have grown by building up my networking and talking to a lot of new people. Something I now believe about myself that I didn’t at the beginning of this program is that I am capable of starting a profitable business and I made a lot of connections with new people. New skills I have developed or strengthened during this program consist of I have strengthened my networking skills by talking to a lot of new people this year for CEO. I also developed a management skill. CEO has helped me become more resilient or resourceful, by showing me everyone has a purpose in CEO. I contributed to my class business team by going out to get sponsorships for the class business and had people buy tables for the trivia night. I learned when working with others when talking to people it’s always helpful to have another person with you to pick up what you forgot or to just add more. One mindset that stuck out to me was I need to focus on my strengths and not fix my weaknesses. I am most proud of my networking skills. I feel they have gotten way better!throughout the year and I’ve met a lot of new people. My project or ideas can make an impact because I’m donating a portion of my profit to charity. This program influenced my future goals or plans by opening my eyes to the world of business and how I can be successful with my future business. Some advice I’d give to someone starting this program would be listen to everyone and take advice from all the people that talked to us this year and how they became successful.
