First and foremost I would like to begin this reflection by expressing my utmost gratitude for Belleville CEO as a program, the amazing role models who I networked with throughout the year, my outstanding facilitator Nick Johnson, and all the amazing peers I met. All of which have truly impacted my life in more ways than I would have ever dreamed of. Belleville CEO has helped shape my mold as a young entrepreneur in ways that have far surpassed my expectations. I have developed new abilities to problem solve, network, and mature. I feel like a more mature thinker, I combat problems with new ways that I did before, such as thinking things through, making educated decisions, and staying calm and positive. I have also built many skills through CEO and fine-tuned my prior abilities. One remarkable example is how because of CEO, I can now approach anybody and pitch my business to them, or even just simply talk to them about their business and swap insights. Advancing my team working skills was a huge part of CEO, because no matter what career you choose, healthy teamwork is a necessity. I learned that it is most important to utilize everybody's differences for the success of the team. And also it is important to be very assertive when telling people to do things because some people just don't have the drive or motivation to be a team player. CEO is not just a program where you meet other CEOs and entrepreneurs, if you put in effort in CEO you will mature and heighten your entrepreneurial mindset. At first entrepreneurship was very scary to me. The thought of taking the risk and starting something was terrifying. As CEO shaped me it helped me realize that even though entrepreneurship is undoubledy risky and scary, it is something that needs respect and is a very beneficial thing in a person's life.
