Last week, Belleville CEO came together as one big group for a visit to Bayer Crop Science in Chesterfield, Missouri—part of a two-day learning experience focused on research and development. Students toured the facility, including its advanced growth chambers, and played The Farmer Game, which revealed the complex decisions and challenges farmers face—leaving them with a deeper appreciation for the business of farming and innovation in agriculture.
