I want to thank Belleville CEO for helping me grow in my public speaking and communication skills. This program has given me many chances to step up, share my ideas, and learn how to speak for myself with more confidence. These are skills I know I will use in the next stages of my life. One of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had this year was the mentor match event. At first, I was really nervous about talking to so many successful adults in a setting I wasn’t used to. It felt intimidating, and I was not sure how I would handle it. But as the days went on, it slowly became easier. I learned how to introduce myself, talk about my strengths, and hold conversations that felt natural instead of forced.
