Over the course of this year, I have made the most progress as a person and I can attribute it all to CEO. Before this year, I was not a very good speaker in front of others and I also lacked confidence in myself to talk to strangers. However, throughout the year I have developed in both of these areas and now I am confident when going up in front of large groups and speaking to them. I have also learned a lot about overall business and how to be a true entrepreneur. At the beginning of the course I was not totally sure about my career path but now I feel that I have an understanding of what I want to do. Over this year, business visits and guest speakers have helped me figure these things out and I greatly appreciate their contributions. I have also learned how to collaborate with large groups of people through the class business. We may have been divided into separate committees for most of the time, but we all had a main goal of being successful with the talent show. It is not common to be exposed to these types of situations with this high of stakes. The skill I am most proud of however, is my leadership skills. I pride myself on being a strong leader and this class allowed me to showcase this skill as well as develop it into something I can apply to business. Along with playing with my strengths, it was also a unique experience collaborating with people that have different strengths. It is not common to have the ability to rely on other people instead of overloading on work and doing work that you do not have the skill set for. Overall, I am most proud of my personal business and the way I was able to truly do something on my own that had that big of an impact. I can not thank CEO and our facilitator Nick Johnson enough. This program has been so impactful and beneficial for my life and I will never forget my time here.
