Throughout the CEO program, I've become more confident and creative, both personally and professionally, and have strengthened my communication skills. While complications in working with a wide range of peers, such as dissimilar or clashing ideas, understanding and professionalism are key. Thinking critically and empathizing with others' ideas provides room for a distinguished, exceptional classroom and arrangements. While some days are difficult, I've learned that working with others is a struggle but a pleasure for the sake of reaching a positive outcome, not just for each other, but for the community that supports us. Most of my contribution came from helping with miscellaneous tasks, not conversation. A great support system in the program comes from our mentors. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to converse with someone who offered substantial ideas and topics for discussion regarding the CEO class and personal business. Emailing and in-person communications in the CEO program became natural, unlike in previous years, when interactions felt clumsy. Now, firm handshakes, smiles, and eye contact are automatic but genuine. Entrepreneurship isn’t just about creating a product; it’s about searching for what you enjoy and what kind of impact you want to make. Each business visit had a unique learning experience, and I found great advice in unexpected places for problem-solving and personal development. In the future, I plan to maintain my growing commitment to sustainability and conscious consumption because of this program. I’ve started checking product ingredients, product mission statements, and cruelty-free labels. These ideals became a crucial part in shaping both my business and decision-making. The CEO program is an extraordinary, beneficial, and supportive class that offers an outstanding curriculum I’d recommend to anyone interested in business or crafting a stronger sense of purpose. Overall, I’m delighted I applied for the program and learned so much in just one year.
