Being part of CEO has impacted me in ways that go far beyond just starting and running a business. While I’ve learned a lot about entrepreneurship, one of the most valuable things I’ve gained is stronger communication skills. At the beginning, speaking in front of others, presenting ideas, or even reaching out to professionals felt uncomfortable. Through CEO, I was constantly put in situations where I had to clearly express my thoughts, pitch ideas, and hold conversations with people I didn’t know. Over time, I became more confident, more direct, and better at listening—skills that I know will benefit me in any career I pursue.
CEO also helped me build meaningful connections within my community. Getting the chance to meet and talk with local business owners gave me insight into what it really takes to succeed. These weren’t just quick conversations—they were real relationships where I could ask questions, learn from their experiences, and understand their challenges. Because of this, I now feel more connected to my community and have a stronger appreciation for the people who help it grow.
Overall, CEO has helped me grow both personally and professionally. It pushed me out of my comfort zone, improved how I communicate, and allowed me to build relationships that I wouldn’t have otherwise had. These experiences have prepared me for the future by giving me confidence, real-world skills, and a network of people I can continue learning from. CEO didn’t just teach me how to run a business—it taught me how to present myself, connect with others, and keep growing.
