The CEO program has had a major impact on me both personally and professionally. Before joining the program, I had ideas about starting a business, but I did not fully understand what it takes to turn an idea into something real. Through CEO, I learned that entrepreneurship is not just about making money; it is about solving problems, creating value, and being willing to take risks. This program helped me grow my confidence and showed me that I am capable of building something of my own.
One of the biggest ways CEO impacted me was by helping me start my business, Perry Precision Outdoor Services. Through this experience, I learned how to market myself, communicate with customers, price services, and stay organized. I realized that running a business requires discipline, consistency, and professionalism every day. CEO gave me the push to stop waiting and actually take action on my goals.
The program also helped me grow as a person. Speaking in front of others, networking with business owners, and presenting ideas helped me become more confident and comfortable stepping outside of my comfort zone. I learned that success comes from being uncomfortable sometimes and continuing to move forward anyway. Those lessons will stay with me long after this class ends.
