This year in CEO has affected me in many positive ways and helped me grow as both a person and an aspiring entrepreneur. At the beginning of the program, I was nervous about public speaking and pitching my ideas in front of others. I did not feel very confident talking to people I did not already know, and I doubted my ability to properly run a business. Throughout the year, CEO pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me become more confident in myself and my abilities. One of the biggest skills I developed during the program was pitching and public speaking. At first, speaking in front of large groups made me extremely nervous, but by continuing to practice and present my ideas, I slowly became more comfortable. I learned how to communicate my ideas more clearly and confidently. Now, I feel much more capable of pitching myself and my business without being as nervous as I used to be. This is one of the skills I am most proud of because it was something I struggled with a lot at the start of the year. CEO also taught me how much hard work and dedication it takes to run a business. Through building my brand, Lóve, I learned the importance of consistency, creativity, and staying motivated even when things become difficult. One accomplishment I am especially proud of was creating my trade show booth, winning Best Booth, and making money from my business. That experience showed me that hard work can truly pay off. Another important thing I learned from CEO was resilience and accountability. The program motivated me to get up every morning and continue working toward my goals. It also helped me realize that I truly want to pursue my dream of becoming a business owner in the future. My goal is to continue growing my brand Lóve and spreading positivity to others. I believe my project made an impact by making people happy and showing that there is still good in the world. Overall, CEO was a positive and life-changing experience for me. It helped me step outside of my comfort zone, gain confidence, and believe in myself more than ever before.
