Walking into the Belleville CEO program at the beginning of the year, I never realized how much it would change me both personally and professionally. Throughout this journey, I learned that being an entrepreneur is not just about creating a business, it is about building confidence, communication skills, responsibility, and relationships that will last far beyond this year. One of the biggest things this program taught me was how to step outside of my comfort zone. Whether it was speaking in front of others, networking with business owners, or presenting ideas, I slowly became more confident in myself and my abilities. I learned how important it is to take risks, ask questions, and trust myself even when I feel nervous or unsure. This program also showed me the amount of hard work and dedication it takes to turn an idea into something meaningful. From planning projects to meeting deadlines, I gained a deeper understanding of leadership, teamwork, and professionalism. I discovered strengths in myself that I did not know I had, and I learned that failure is not something to fear, but something to grow from. Personally, Belleville's CEO helped me become more independent and motivated. It encouraged me to think about my future in a different way and showed me that success can look different for everyone.
