Reflecting on this past year, I can see a profound transformation in how I navigate the world as a student, a collaborator, and an aspiring entrepreneur. At the start of the program, I viewed myself through a lens of hesitation; I had ideas but lacked the conviction to voice them. Today, that uncertainty has been replaced by a grounded confidence. The most significant shift is internal: I truly believe now that I am capable of leading and building something meaningful. While I once struggled to see myself as an entrepreneur, I now recognize that I possess the essential mindset and resilience required to succeed in that role. This evolution didn't happen by accident; it was the result of a deliberate commitment to growth and a willingness to step outside my comfort zone. The technical and interpersonal skills I have sharpened which range from creative problem-solving to complex time management have become the toolkit for my future. I am particularly proud of my progress in public speaking. What used to be a source of anxiety has become a platform for my voice; being able to pitch an idea or represent a vision clearly to a room of peers and professionals is a milestone I once thought unreachable. This growth was further tested and refined through teamwork. Working on our class business taught me that leadership isn't about having all the answers, but about fostering an environment of mutual respect. I learned to value the diverse strengths of my teammates, understanding that the best results come from active listening and the art of compromise. I am deeply grateful to my instructors, classmates, and the local business leaders who challenged my assumptions and offered their mentorship. Their belief in my potential helped bridge the gap between who I was and who I am becoming. To those beginning this journey next year, my advice is simple: stay open-minded and embrace the discomfort of taking risks. This program is a mirror that reflects the effort you pour into it. By fully committing to the process, you don’t just learn about business; you discover the depth of your own capability. I am walking away not just with a set of skills, but with a new identity.
