On Tuesday, Belleville CEO continued its tradition of having Kevin Bouse host classes on a walking tour of dozens of multifamily apartments that his company, Bouse Properties, owns, maintains, and upgrades, transforming an entire segment of the East End of Belleville. As has become tradition, Kevin also served as Belleville CEO’s inaugural business visit and Quarter One Home Base host. After the tour, Kevin showed students an amortization schedule and explained how the equity built in existing properties can be leveraged to acquire additional and larger properties, allowing investors to grow and expand their real estate portfolios.
