This week, Tre' Bryant, owner of Renewed Life Logistics, spoke two Belleville CEO about his growing venture. First session's Jordan Williams said, "As we all sat in our chairs waiting for the arrival of our guest speaker, a man dressed in basic clothing that you would see any other person wearing walked in. Tre' Bryant came humble as ever. If you have ever seen blue Amazon vans driving around your neighborhood, then that is the work of his business. He emphasized his works as a pastor, as well as his time served in the military and how it interlinked with his now partnered business with Amazon delivery. His story on how he built this empire can be summed up as perceiving through unfavorable odds. Starting off with 5 vans and 15 employees, to having the whole St. Louis area noticing the same blue Amazon vans delivering to their door steps. At first, Tre' Bryant did not want to accept the partnership offer from Amazon. However, his gracious mindset as a pastor paved way for people in unfortunate circumstances to find work in delivering packages.”
Second Session's Zoey Masengale added, "On Tuesday, we heard from Tre’ Bryant from Renewed Grace Logistics. He worked in the US Air Force, the Pentagon, and in real estate for many years. Now he owns his own business that partners with Amazon to deliver packages. His main focus when speaking to our CEO class was partnerships and connections. He gave us so much insight on how to build good relationships with partners and beyond. He stressed the importance of core values and being relatable to your customers. His favorite part about his business is the importance of the items he delivers whether it’s a kid’s birthday present or medical equipment."
First session students Patrick Foley and Khloe Manno and second session student Grayson Peak introduced Bryant to the class.
