"For Thursday’s visit, we took a trip to TWM Inc. Before an immersive lesson about land surveying, we learn that TWM has an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) structure. This means that employees receive more than just a paycheck—they have the opportunity to have ownership in the company and a stake in its success. We also got hands-on experience with unique tools and technology used in land surveying, giving us an opportunity to explore the field in a way we couldn’t experience anywhere else.
