"On Friday, our guest speaker Bob DeRousse came to Bouse Properties and gave a deeper explanation on our DISC assessment scores. Bob, who has owned 9 companies in his lifetime, shared his experiences and how his own DISC scores impacted his work. The DISC assessment is NOT a personality test like most would assume, it is a behavioral test that shows you how you best work in natural and adaptive environments. We took time and focused on each of the four main categories of DISC, dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance. Each sector has its own positives and negatives, which we discussed in relation to each of our own scores. At the end of the day we participated in an activity that was assigning popular movie and TV show characters to which DISC factor fits them the best. Thank you so much for your time, Mr. DeRousse!" - Lindsey Euchner, Second Session.
Bob was introduced to the class by Max Blandina and Callum McCoy of First Session, and Ben Ysursa of Second Session. Fun fact: This is Bob DeRousse's 10th year speaking with Belleville CEO students! Thanks for a decade of dedication to Belleville CEO!
