About Me

I am a homeschool student currently enrolled in the Running Start dual-credit program at Southwestern Illinois College.  Right now, I’m a lifeguard at two pools, the Scott AFB pool and the East YMCA pool.  I have swam my entire life, but quit at the beginning of this semester to focus on school. 

I am a Life Scout currently striving to obtain the rank of Eagle Scout.  However, I recently picked up martial arts as a hobby.  I love the outdoors and my favorite outdoor activities are hiking, camping, and fishing.  I was the president of my youth group and have held several leadership roles in my boy scouting career.  My favorite indoor activities are tinkering with mechanical and electrical objects like my truck, watching Marvel movies, and working out. 

I heard about the CEO program through my parents and was immediately interested.  I plan on pursuing a career in mechanical engineering and hope to one day run my own engineering firm. I hope the CEO class helps me make connections that could benefit me the rest of my life as well as meet new people, make new friends and think like an entrepreneur.
